Summer 2006

Two important publications on radio history by Sean Street came out this year. The first, Crossing The Ether was published in July by John Libbey. This work, on the history of pre-war commercial radio in Britain and its relationship with BBC programming, is the result of ten years' research. The second book, The Historical Dictionary of British Radio (see Featured Publication) from Scarecrow Press, was published in August.
