Christopher Somerville, reviewing Sean Street's New and Selected Poems, "Time Between Tides" (Rockingham Press, £7.99) in The Times wrote: "Street unearths memory, loss and redemption from English terrain like few other poets, and this work bears witness to that talent. Poets bring us hope as well as self-knowledge. The human species may be a destructive devil bleeding land and sea dry; but it is salutary to be reminded that some of its representatives can also write like angels."
